Full Spectrum Mushroom Complex label Error.

We are aware of an error on our Full Spectrum Mushroom Complex product labels, batch 01200713, expiry date 06/2022.

There is a printing error on the label under the ingredients section. The following line should not appear on the label as it is in duplicate:
“Maitake (Grifola frondosa) 10:1 Extract 100mg”
The printing error is not a quality or efficacy problem with our product. However, it could be misleading. This was not intended to be misleading on purpose. We are in the process of printing new and correct labels and all stock on hand will be re-labelled.

Cordyceps sinensis (Cordyceps Mushroom) 100 mg

Ganoderma lucidum (Reishi Mushroom) 100 mg
(Fruiting body, Water ethanol Extract 10:1)
Grifola frondosa (Maitake Mushroom) 100 mg
(Fruiting body, Water ethanol Extract 10:1)
Hericium erinaceus (Lions Mane Mushroom) 100 mg
(Fruiting body, Water ethanol Extract 10:1)
Other Ingredients: Vegetarian capsules

Directions:
As a food supplement, take 2 capsules, one to three times daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

• Maintenance Dose: Take 1 to 3 capsules daily with meals.
• Therapeutic dose: Take 3 - 6 capsules three times daily with food.
• Children – Cordyceps are not suitable for children under 12 years old.
