Directions

As a dietary supplement, add 10 g (+/- 1 scoop*) to a small glass of cold water or your favourite fruit juice. Stir well or blend in a shaker cup. Alternatively, mix into your favourite smoothie in a blender. Consume at least 1 serving daily, ideally with breakfast.
