Recipe for Almond Date Bars (No Bake):
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup 100% Almond butter
- 2 cups pitted dates
- ½ cup unsalted peanuts
- ½ dessicated coconuts
- 4 tablespoons cacao nibs
Method:
- Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and process until the mixture is smooth.
- Scoop out the mixture onto a tray/dish lined with greased paper.
- Firmly press the mixture into the base of the tray/dish.
- Cover and refrigerate for 20-40 minutes.
- Cut the cooled mixture into bars of desired size.
- Enjoy!
Care Instructions:
- After opening, keep refrigerated.
- If natural separation occurs, simply stir with a wooden spoon.
