Maintenance Dose:  Take one capsule with the two biggest meals of the day.  Avoid refined foods and foods high in sugar for optimum results.

Warnings

  • Do not use GlycaemiCare if you are on anti-coagulant medication like warfarin.
  • If type 1 Diabetic, do not use without the strict supervision of your medical professional.  For type 2 diabetes, the mushrooms and botanical extracts will lower blood glucose, so medication needs to be adjusted and supervision of medical practitioner is needed.
  • Gymnema and Bitter Melon can enhance the blood glucose lowering effects of insulin; blood glucose levels should be monitored closely.
