Sally-Ann’s own recipe for healthy baking powder comes in a 70g tightly fitting container so that air does not enter, and prevents your cakes from flopping. Prevent your family from ingesting dangerous heavy metals and unnecessary gluten in baking powder with this safe and non-toxic raising agent.  Use this just as ordinary baking powder.  Because there is no gluten added use a little more than regular baking powder.  You will find you won’t get that very “baking powdery” taste with this one either.
