Some of the medicinal benefits of rooibos tea include its use as a cure for nagging headaches, insomnia, asthma, eczema, bone weakness, hypertension, allergies and much more. It is caffeine free, low in tannin and has a crisp, well-rounded, smooth, nutty and full bodied flavour.
