Black Maca Root Powder   500mg

Other ingredients: Vegetarian capsules

Directions:

As a food supplement, take 2 capsules daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Dosage can be repeated 1 – 3 times per day.

Up to 3-5 grams of the powdered herb can be taken per day.  (2 capsules = 1gram of powder)

Notes:  Maca can be taken when and if needed.  It also does not have to be taken at a certain time of day.
