 Vitamin C is an essential vitamin, meaning your body cannot produce it on its own. It is a powerful antioxidant that helps protect against the oxidative stress caused by free radicals; boosts immunity by helping white blood cells function more effectively, strengthening your skin’s defense system, and helping wounds heal faster. In addition, your body needs vitamin C to create and absorb the protein collagen.

Composition:
Each 5g (teaspoon) contains:
Ascorbic acid            4000mg

Dosage and directions for use:
Adults: Take 1/4 teaspoon in a drink 2-3 times daily, or as prescribed by your healthcare provider
Children 9 years and older: Take 1/4 tsp in a drink once per day
Do not exceed the recommended dosage
